A: We provide service to all Perth city and Perth Suburbs

Q: How soon can you provide a cleaner?
A: In most cases we can provide a cleaner within the timeframe the customer requires.

Q: How long will the cleaning take?
A: Many factors such as size of rooms, levels of soiling etc will effect the cleaning time. For an accurate time assessment call or e-mail us with your cleaning requirements.

Q: Do we need to move any thing before the cleaner arrives?
A: It would be very helpful if smaller objects are cleared to enable us to carry out a more efficient service. Heavy objects and flat based furniture’s do not need to be cleared.

Q: How soon can I walk on my carpet after it has been cleaned?
A: You can walk on the carpet anytime after it has been cleaned but it is essential to have clean shoes or feet.

Q: Do you provide a carpet/upholstery stain protection (Scotchgard)?
A: We provide protection suitable for carpets and upholstery. The protection is professionally applied by our technicians on the day.

Q: What hours do you operate?
A: We provide a 7 day service, 7:30am until 6pm, we also offer a 24 hour emergency service if required.

Q: How can l pay?
A: We accept cash, cheque, EFT and credit cards.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Our minimum charge is $90 to up to 3 rooms (carpet) or 3 seats (fabric).

Q: What guarantees do you offer?
A: We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the cleaning otherwise we will re-clean it absolutely free of charge.

Q: How often should I clean my carpet or upholstery?
A: It is recommended that the carpet and upholstery to be cleaned at least once a year.
